• Avoid retinoids, prescription topical medications, exfoliating acids, and harsh skincare products until your provider advises it is safe to resume.
• Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive sweating, swimming, hot tubs, and saunas for 24–48 hours.
• Do not pick, scratch, or exfoliate peeling skin. Allow your skin to heal naturally.
• Follow all post-treatment instructions provided by your provider.
